The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking relief that the impugned order dated 06.01.2018 (Annexure P-1) issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Kanker may be quashed and all

consequential benefits be given to him.

As per Annexure R-1 issued by Chief Education Officer, Jila Panchayat, Kanker, impugned order dated 06.01.2018 (Annexure P-1) has been cancelled reserving the right of the further inquiry as per law and the petitioner has posted at Gram Panchayat Kurenaar, Janpad Panchayat, Koyalibeda.

Counsel for the respondents No.4 & 5 submitted that they will give all consequential benefits to the petitioner as per law. 4.

In view of above submissions made by the counsel for the parties, nothing has remained for consideration in the present case. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
