Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been impleaded as party in the complaint which is pending before the Lok Ayukt and the Lok Ayukt vide its order dated 05.01.2018 has directed the petitioners to settle the dispute between the parties which cannot be done by the petitioners working as Vice-Chancellor and Registrar of the Bastar University.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

Be that as it may, the petitioners' are at liberty to file objections to the observations / direction issued by the Lok Ayukt who, in turn, shall consider

and decide the petitioners' objection expeditiously before proceeding further with the matter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
