Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter was though listed before the Lok Adalat and the petitioner submitted an application before the Legal Services Authority on 21.11.2014, the text and tenor of which shows that the petitioner's grievance has been redressed.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this petition is finally disposed off as having rendered infructuous with liberty to revive in case the petitioner's grievance still survives.
