Ignoring the default pointed out by the registry the matter stands heard with the consent of the parties at admission stage. 2.

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner for regularization on the post of Assistant Teacher (Panchayat) w.e.f. 28.11.2009 that is on date of completion of two years of service from the date of initial appointment.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that issue involved in the present writ petition has already been considered by this Court in bunch of writ petitions one of which being WPS No. 8162/2018 Shiv Prasad Gupta Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and other analogous writ petitions which got disposed off on 11.12.2018. He prays that the present writ petition also be dispose off in similar circumstances. 4.

So far as the factual matrix is concerned, same is not disputed by the State counsel.

Given the identical facts this Court has already passed an order on 11.12.2018 in bunch of writ petitions that is in WPS No. 8162/2018 and other bunch of petition, this Court is inclined to dispose off the present writ petition also in similar terms.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with direction to respondent No. 3 to take a decision at the earliest in respect of the petitioner's claim for regularization subject to verification of the credentials of the petitioner. It is expected that authorities would conclude the verification part and order shall be passed at the earliest preferable within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
