1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 22.11.2019 in connection with Crime No. 199/2019 registered in Police Station Ramanujnagar, District Surajpur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 & 120B of IPC.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
