Counsel for the appellant submits that no dispute further exists between the parties, as an amicable settlement has been arrived at between them and thus the appellant prays for withdrawal of the arbitration appeal.

The said contention of counsel for the appellant is not disputed by the counsel for the respondent.

In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, the present arbitration appeal, accordingly stands dismissed as withdrawn.
