It is alleged that the petitioner is aggrieved by a transfer order dated 1408-2017, he preferred a representation which has not been decided till date. According to him, the transfer order is too frequent as he was posted on the present place of posting only on 23-08-2016.

The petitioner has approached this Court assailing his transfer order after fairly long time. Only for this reason, I am not inclined to entertain the petition. However, as the petitioner' s representation is pending, it should be decided, if not, already decided.
