This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner herein, alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 21.11.2017 passed in WPC No.3053 of 2017.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has passed a reasoned order by considering the representation of the petitioner afresh in compliance of order of this Court and the same has been filed along with affidavit.

In view of the statement of learned counsel for the respondent that a reasoned order has been passed by the respondent whereby the claim of the petitioner has been rejected, the petitioner is at liberty to question the order passed by the respondent, in accordance with law. 4.
