The matter pertains to enhancement of compensation and is listed in final hearing for its disposal considering the fact that this is of 1997. Present case was being called twice since yesterday. However, as none had appeared nor any representation is made on behalf of the appellant, the case was passed over.

When the case is called, no one appears nor any representation is made on behalf of the appellant even today. Therefore, in absence of any representation, this Court is left with no ther option but to dismiss this appeal for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
