The prayer for revival of order passed in earlier petition is made in exercise of order dated 04.09.2017 passed in WPS No. 2157/2014 on the submission after the order passed by this Court, representation was made which has been rejected.

This Court, while giving liberty to revive the petition intended that if any order against the petitioner is passed and his grievance is not redressed, he would at liberty to approach this Court by separately constituted petition.

Therefore, in these circumstances this MCC is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition to revive his cause of action in

view of the order which has been passed by District Education Officer, wherein, taking all the grounds as may be available to the petitioner including the grounds which were raised in the earlier petition. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Rohit
