The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved of the fact that the petitioner has not been receiving any pension inspite of the fact that he has retired from service as early as on 31.05.1990.

The petitioner from the perusal of pleadings seems to have retired from the services of the Bhilai Steel Plant, which is a unit of the Steel Authority of India. The said establishment is one which has been notified under the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 and the service
related grievance of the employees of the said establishment has to be placed before the concerned Central Administrative Tribunal. 3.
The writ petition therefore in its present form would not be maintainable. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy if the law so permits.
