The writ petition challenged withdrawal of the pay-scale granted to the Petitioner contending that it was given after successful completion of 3 years as a Contingency Paid Employee.

The counter-affidavit contends that the circular dated 22.11.1988 was misinterpreted and therefore payment was wrongly made. The Petitioner is appropriately governed by the circular dated 15.12.1992. There is no rejoinder to the counter-affidavit.

The writ petition is dismissed.
