At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pending the writ petition a decision has been taken by the Directorate of Industries, Chhattisgarh on 05.12.2009 and in the light of the said decision nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
