Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 15/09/2016 Counsel for the applicant submits that the entire principal awarded amount has already been deposited by the applicant on 24.4.1998 and thereafter, the same has also been disbursed to the claimant. A report dated 13.7.2016 has also been submitted by the Labour Court, Bilaspur informing that the amount deposited has been disbursed to the claimant.

Considering the fact that there is no opposition to the present MCC, which has been filed for restoration of MA No.1788/98, the same is allowed and MA No.1788/98 is restored to its original number. Sd/ (Pritinker Diwaker) Judge Khan
