The Petitioner has moved this Court with the following prayers: "10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition by quashing Annexure P/2, and

Annexure P/3 holding them to be illegal and ultra-vires, because it is against the existing provisions of section 16(3) and 49(7-A)(1) of C.G. Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 and also it be held that removal of petitioner before expiry of their term i.e. 5 years and appointing respondent no 4 is illegal and accordingly order Annexure P/5 are liable to be quashed and the petitioner be permitted to continue their term as per Annexure P/4.

10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief's in favour of the petitioners, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioners."
