1. The issue involved in the present writ petition is grant of two annual increments to the petitioner on account of obtaining B.Ed. qualification.

2. Learned Counsel for the either side submit that the said issue is now no longer res integra and this petition is squarely covered by the decision passed by this court in batch of writ petitions leading case of which being WPS No. 6927 of 2011, decided on 06.12.2013. Therefore, this petition may also be disposed of in the similar terms.

3. In the light of the submissions made by the counsel for the parties, this court is of the opinion that since the issue involved is covered by the decision of this Court in WPS No. 6927 of 2011, nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the present writ petitions. The present petition deserves to be and is hereby allowed in similar terms and it is directed that the petitioner shall be entitled for two annual increments on account of her being passing B.Ed. Examination.
