1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No.6 & 7 who are Sarpanch & Secretary of Village Panchayat Ragja, District JanjgirChampa has sanctioned certain amount for the work which was actually not done, therefore, the petitioner made an application before the respondent No.4/ S.D.O. alongwith other villagers and therefore the respondent No.4 may be directed to decide the application of the villagers.

2. Without any observation on the merit, since the complaint having been made by the petitioner and it appears that a complaint Annexure P-4 was

-2made before the S.D.O., the S.D.O./ respondent No.4 is directed to decide the application of the petitioner within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
