submit that in accordance with para 36 & 37 of judgment of Supreme Court in the matter of S. Panneer Selvam and Others Vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Others and other connected matters reported in (2015) 10 SCC 292, the State Government has constituted the committee, but the said committee has not considered the case of the petitioner. (2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation along with relevant judgment of the Supreme Court, if any, in support of their case to the competent authority. If such a representation is filed by the petitioners before the competent authority, in that event the competent authority shall consider and decide the representation in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of such representation.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
