1. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification in the order dated 02.01.2020 passed in WPC No. 4706/2019. The modification sought for is to the extent that in Paragraph-2 of the writ petition, the caste of the petitioner has got wrongly typed "Jatav Caste" whereas it ought to have been "Mahar Caste".

2. According to the counsel for the Petitioner, petitioner's caste has been rightly reflected in his cause-title itself, but due to inadvertence, the wrong caste has been mentioned in the body of the order.

3. To the limited prayer sought by the petitioner, the State Counsel does not have any objection.

4. Accordingly, the Present MCC stands allowed and disposed of. The order dated 02.01.2020 passed in WPC No 4706/2019 stands modified to the extent that in Para-2, the caste of the Petitioner shall be read as "Mahar Caste" instead of "Jatav Caste".

5. Let a copy of this order passed in the present MCC be made part of the record of WPC No. 4706/2019. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge
