1. Shri V.R. Tiwari, Addl. Advocate General produced before this Court an order dated 09.12.2019 passed in pursuance to the order passed by this Court on 21.11.2019 in WPC No. 4196 of 2019. Vide the said order dated 09.12.2019, the respondents on due consideration the petitioner's case did not find merit and the same was rejected.

2. Given the said fact that the respondents have passed an order on 09.12.2019, this Court is of the opinion that the order passed by this Court stands duly complied with. In the event, if the petitioner is aggrieved of the subsequent order dated 09.12.2019, the only recourse left is to challenging the same by way of a fresh proceeding.
