1. This is the second bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC. Earlier his first bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 15/04/2019 passed in MCRC No. 1586/2019 considering prima facie case against him.

2. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail application. He further submitted that trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.

3. Instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, however, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as soon as possible. The trial Court is also directed to submit progress report in every two months from today.
