Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that against the impugned order passed by the Tahsildar dated 08.09.2017, the petitioner has already made a representation before the respondent No. 2 - Collector, District - Surguja on 20.06.2017 but till date no action has been taken by respondent No. 2 and the impugned order came to be passed. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation before the Collector, District - Surguja against the order impugned dated 08.09.2017 and, in turn, the Collector, District Surguja shall

consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of representation.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
