1. The limited grievance that the petitioners have in the present writ

petition is the non-granting of salary for the month of November, 2016.

2. According to the petitioners, though they had on leave from 15.10.2016 to 12.11.2016 yet they have not been paid salary for the said period. According to the petitioners, there was sufficient leave available in their credit and there is no reason why the salary should not be paid to the petitioners for the said period.

3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioners have, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents 3 & 4 to consider the claim of the petitioners so far as the unpaid salary for the month of November, 2016 is concerned. Let an appropriate decision be take at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
