Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 04/09/2018 Counsel appearing on either side fairly submit that the issue involved in the present case does not require much deliberation as the issue has already been dealt with by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in a bunch of writ petitions, leading of which being WPS No. 1273 of 2016 and other analogous petitions decided on 23rd of December, 2016.

In view of the fair statement made by the counsel appearing on either side, the present writ petition also deserves to be and is accordingly allowed on similar terms and the impugned order stands set aside/quashed with consequences to follow.
