1. The relief sought for by the petitioners in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for regularization on account of the petitioners working for a considerable period of time and most of the petitioners having worked for more than 10 years.

-22. The contention of the petitioners is that the respondents may consider the case of the petitioners in the light of the circular dated 05.03.2008.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, so far as their entitlement is concerned, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.2 to take a decision in respect of the petitioners for regularization, in accordance with the rules, regulations and circulars of the State Government issued, so far as regularization is concerned.
