Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on account of being legally wedded wife of Late Shri Pardeshiram Wakde who
died on 28.05.2016, the petitioner would be entitled for all the service benefits and respondents No. 6 and 7 are not entitled for the same. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the petitioner would be at liberty to make a representation before the Collector, Rajnandgaon who shall consider the claim of the petitioner as well as respondents No. 6 and 7 and pass a reasoned and speaking order for grant of service benefits in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
