The applicant has preferred this bail application for grant of anticipatory bail as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.55/2016, registered at Police Station Outpost Badi Kareli, Police Station Magarlod, District Dhamtari for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the IPC.

2. This application for grant of anticipatory bail has been filed directly in the High Court without stating any ground as to why the applicant is not in a position to move bail application before

the Sessions Court.

3. Let the applicant move before the Sessions Court and depending upon outcome of the prayer, he would be at liberty to move afresh before this Court.
