2. The instant petition is filed to release the deducted amount of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the amount of Rs.1047891/- has already been paid by cheque bearing No.674812 dated 18 th of February, 2020.

4. In view of this, the claim as has been made in this petition already stands satisfied, however, the petitioner would be at liberty to take recourse to the appropriate proceeding for recovery of the interest, if so advised.
