This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for registration of FIR against respondent No. 7 to 10 as per written complaint dated 11.05.2015 (Annexure P/1) made by the petitioner.

Learned State counsel would submit that as per memo dated 16.11.2017 (Annexure R/1), Police Station- Marwahi, District-

Bilaspur (C.G.) has conducted enquiry on the basis of complaint made by the petitioner and thereafter, it was found that no such loss has been caused to the Government, therefore, no criminal offence has been registered and now there is no grievance in this petition.

In view of the submission made by learned State counsel, this writ petition is disposed of.

However, liberty is granted in favour to the petitioner to challenge the memo dated 16.11.2017 (Annexure R/1) before appropriate forum.
