1. By this petition, the petitioner has assailed legality and validity of the order dated 25.5.2016 by which his services have been terminated by the order of the Chief Executive Officer.

2. The grounds which have been urged in the petition do not relate to jurisdiction

-2or violation of principles of natural justice so as to bypass the ordinary remedy of filing appeal available to the petitioner under the provisions of Chhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal & Revision) Rules, 1995.
