The present appeal is of the year 2010. Since, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant when the matter is called and considering the seniority of the matter this court is of the opinion that, ends of justice would meet if the appeal is taken up for hearing with the assistance of Shri P.Acharya, Advocate present in the court. 2.
Having considered the facts that, it was an injury case and the claim was under Section 163-A of the Motor Vehicles Act and also taking into consideration the factual matrix of the case, particularly, the salary structure of the present appellant, this court is of the opinion that, there was no scope of any interference with the impugned award. 3.
