Sam Koshy Order On Board 03/04/2018 At the outset counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received a communication from the respondents dated 27.03.2018 whereby the authorities have already issued instruction for releasing part final GPF amount of rupees two lakhs. With the said issuance of letter dated 27.03.2018 passed by the District Education Officer, counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, submits that the grievance of the petitioner as of now stands redressed and he does not intend to pursue the contempt petition any further. 2.

Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 27.02.2018, respondents 1 & 2 are present before this Court.

Pursuant to the order of respondent no.2, District Education Officer dated 27.03.2018, the entire contempt proceeding deserves to be and is accordingly dropped. The respondents stand discharged from the contempt proceeding.

The bailable warrant issued earlier stands cancelled. It is expected that in compliance to the order dated 27.03.2018, respondent no.2 shall take necessary steps for releasing the amount to the petitioner promptly. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
