Taking into consideration the grounds urged in the application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been made out for non-appearance of the applicant when the case was called on for hearing on 16.06.2016. Accordingly, the MCC is allowed. The order of dismissal dated 16.06.2016 is hereby recalled and the writ petition [WPS No.2734 of 2005] is restored to its original number subject to cost of Rs.250/- to be paid to the Legal Aid.
