1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that this case has been alloted to him by the legal aid. He would further submit that as per the information received the appellant prior to filing of this appeal has filed another appeal bearing CRA No.71/2018, therefore, he do not want to press this appeal on merits and he seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the instant appeal.

2. In view of the above submission made, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn since another appeal has already been preferred by the appellant.
