Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 11/09/2015 Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 11.03.2010 Annexure P-1 whereby the petitioner has been posted as a Warden at Multiple Handicap Home, Raipur from Government Blind and Deaf School, Raipur.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner could not get an interim protection against the impugned order, he has acted upon the order dated 11.03.2010 and since has been continuously working on the said post. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the grievance of the petitioner is that the place where he has joined as per the impugned order, his promotional prospects has been adversely effected and his services have not been absorbed in any of the substantive post in the Department.

Be that as it may, leaving open to raise his grievance if at all the petitioner is aggrieved by any of the consequences arisen by the joining given on the basis of Annexure P-1, the writ petition in its present state of facts has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
