The challenge in the present writ petition is to the impugned order of transfer dated 05.01.2021 transferring the Petitioner from District Ranjandgaon to District Dantewada.

On a query being put, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Petitioner has been represented and posted for last 6 years. 3.

Given the fact that the Petitioner has already served at the present place of posting for more than six years. This Court does not find a strong case to be made out by the Petitioner calling for any interference in the impugned order.

The writ petition, thus, being devoid of merits is hereby rejected. In case, however, in case the petitioner has any personal inconvenience, in so far as the transfer order is concerned he would be at liberty to approach the authorities by making suitable representation seeking for a modification or amendment to the order of transfer.
