1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the application dated 20.07.2018 under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. FIR has been registered on 29.07.2018 but further investigation is not being made and appropriate action is also not being taken pursuant to the FIR.

2. Be that as it may, learned counsel for the petitioner is at liberty to move representation before the Superintendent of Police, Bemetar, within ten days from today who shall look into the matter and proceed in accordance with law expeditiously.

3. With the aforesaid direction/observation the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
