This application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.07/2021 registered at Police Station - Utai, District Durg (C.G.) for commission of the offence punishable under Sections 376, 313, 506, 34 of IPC and Section 5 (l) & 6 of POCSO Act. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been arrested and, as such, the instant MCRC(A) has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the MCRC(A) No.200/2021 is dismissed as having become infructuous.
