1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.335/2019, registered at Police Station Chhuikhadan, Tahsil Khairagarh, Dist. Rajnandgaon, for offences punishable under Sections 354, 354 A (1)(i), 354 A (1)(ii) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 7 & 8 of the POCSO Act.

2. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the applicant would seek permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application, as the same has been rendered infructuous with the passage of time.

3. No objection from other side.

4. Accordingly, the bail application [MCRC A No.144 of 2020] is dismissed as withdrawn.
