1. Perused the jail report received from Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Jagdalpur, wherein it has been reported that Appellant has been released from jail on 04.07.2020 after completion of the entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the trial Court.

2. Since, Appellant has already been released after completion of his entire jail sentence, learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that he does not want to press the instant appeal.
