At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pending the writ petition a decision has been taken by the Commerce & Industries Department, Govt. of Chhattisgarh on 30.04.2007 and in the light of the said decision nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
