Only prayer of the petitioner is to direct respondent/authority to consider the application of the petitioner whereby he is claiming revised pension.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner who was working as a Branch Manager retired from the District Cooperative Central Bank Limited on 30/06/2010 and he has been paid less pension which was discovered as other similarly placed employees are paid higher pension according to him. Therefore, after information was revealed he has filed representation to be decided and at this moment claim that his representation may be decided in accordance with law. Reference is made to Annexure P-5 letter dated 3/12/2019 and would submit that the said representation may be decided within a limited time. 3.

Considering the limited prayer made, it is directed that respondents

No.2 & 3 shall decide the application of the petitioner Annexure P-5 dated 3/12/2019 within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
