The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.395/2017, registered at Police Station Basna, District Mahasamund, for the offence punishable under Sections 376 of IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of POCSO Act, 2012.

The first bail application was dismissed on 12.12.2017 in MCRC No.6522/2017 for want of prosecution.
