1. This petition has not been brought against any specific order. The only prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the Court concerned.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the petitioner has filed an application under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 on 01.07.2017. The proceeding in this case is going on in a very slow pace. After completion of the applicant evidence, the case has been posted for non-applicant's evidence and a number of opportunities have been given, therefore, it is prayed that specific direction may be issued to the Court concerned to conclude the

-2proceeding within a time frame.

3. After hearing the submissions, the petition is disposed off at the motion stage, the learned Court or Judicial Magistrate First Class is directed to dispose off this case within a time frame of two months from the date this order is passed.
