1. Learned counsel appearing on either side submits that the dispute between the parties stands resolved and they have started residing together.

2. That the counsel for the parties further submit that there was another First Appeal filed before this Court arising out of an order passed under the provision of the Guardianship Act i.e. FAM No. 34/2018 which has got disposed of on 07.10.2020.

3. On a joint statement by the counsel appearing on either side stating that both the appellant and the respondent have started residing together along with their children, the said FAM No. 34/2018 accordingly, stood disposed of as the matter

having become infructuous.

4. Learned counsel for the parties today make a statement that in the light of the said development that the present appeal can also be disposed of.

5. In view of the statement made by the counsel for either side that the parties have resolved their disputes and have started residing together, the present appeal also stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
