This petition has been brought against the order dated 07.11.2019, passed in M.J.C. No.60 of 2019, by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg, District - Durg.

At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press upon the petition, however a direction be issued to the learned Family Court for speedy disposal of the case pending between the parties.

On the basis of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed off. The learned Family Court is directed to consider and decide the case pending between the parties preferably within a period of six months. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
