Tiwari, Advocate appearing for the respondents has produced before this Court an order dated 23.12.2019 whereby the respondent herein, who was the respondent No.4 in the writ petition, has on 23.12.2019 already decided the representation of the petitioner and has rejected the same. Given the said facts that the order/direction given by this Court stands complied with.
