Sam Koshy Order On Board 05.12.2016 State counsel on a report submitted by the Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Jagdalpur, District Bastar submits that the appellants in the instant case have already undergone the entire jail sentence imposed upon them and there were released from the jail on 15.08.2008.

Counsel for the applicants at this juncture submits that since the applicants have already released from jail after completion of the entire sentence, nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon and therefore, he does not want to press the revision petition any further.
