At the outset, learned counsel for the parties, upon instructions from the respective parties, submit that during the pendency of this appeal, the parties have arrived at amicable settlement and have decided to apply for grant of decree by mutual consent by moving appropriate application under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the parties does not wish to press this appeal and prays that it may be dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
