The present MCC has been filed seeking extension of time for the compliance of the directives given by this Court on 26.09.2018 in WPS No. 6173 of 2018.

The State counsel submits that, the State Government is already in the process of complying with the order and because of administrative exigency, the decision could not be taken within stipulated period. She prays for further 90 days for compliance of the said order.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances as narrated in the application and finding them satisfactory this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for extension of time has been made out. 4.

Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The respondents are further directed to ensure that the order passed on 26.09.2018 stands complied with within further extended period of 90 days. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge vivek
